Why teams switch
Research data should not eat your team's month.
Building it in-house
- Weeks reading filings one company at a time
- Thai names that do not match English sources
- Gaps filled with guesses nobody can trace
- A spreadsheet only one person understands

- Thai and English names matched to the registry
- Every figure sourced and dated, estimates marked
- Clean, labelled columns and a one-page QA summary

How it works
Four steps. You approve before we build.
- 01
Step 1: Brief
Tell us who, where, how many and what the data is for. A short form or call is enough.
- 02
Step 2: Scope and sample
We send the column plan and a few sample rows. You approve them before we build the full list.
- 03
Step 3: Research
Analysts build it from the registry, our data partners, desk research and phone checks.
- 04
Step 4: Deliver
You get Excel or CSV, ready for your CRM, with a one-page QA summary. Files are password protected.
Data standards
Our data rules.
Named people only
Every contact is a real person with a name and a title. No info@, no generic inboxes.
Verified means checked
An email is Verified only if it passed a mailbox check. Accept-all or guessed emails are never labelled Verified.
Every phone is labelled
Mobile, direct line or office number. You always know what you are dialling.
Every signal has a source and date
Each signal says where it came from and when, so your team can check it.
Blank beats a guess
If we cannot find it, we leave it blank. Anything estimated is marked Estimate.

Questions
Common questions
What kinds of research questions can you take on?
Most studies about Thai companies. Market sizing, competitor maps, supplier scans, M&A target screens, and academic or policy studies. If the answer lives in company data, filings, news or hiring, we can usually build it. Send the question and we will tell you what is possible.
Where does the data come from?
From the Max Data registry of 1,989,709 Thai companies, 20+ years of filed financials, 3.2M+ director records and 35+ sources. Our analysts add desk research and phone checks. Every figure has a source and a date, and filed and preliminary numbers are marked.
Can I see a sample before you build the full dataset?
Yes. After your brief we send the column plan and a few sample rows. You approve the format and the rows before we build the full dataset, so there are no surprises.
What file do I get?
An Excel or CSV file with clean, labelled columns, plus a one-page QA summary that explains coverage, sources and any gaps. Files are password protected. If you need a different layout for your analysis tool, tell us in the brief.
How does pricing work?
You get a fixed quote after a short brief. The price depends on how many companies, which modules and how much analyst research the question needs. You know the full price before any work starts.
Can you cover companies outside Thailand?
Our registry data covers Thailand only. For companies in other countries we use public filings where they exist, and anything we cannot source is marked as an estimate. We will tell you in the scope how much of your list this affects.
Can you refresh the dataset later?
Yes. We keep your column plan, so we can rebuild the same dataset later with newer filings and fresh signals. A refresh is quoted the same way, after a short brief.
Can you add contacts, and is that allowed under PDPA?
Yes, contacts are an optional module, useful for surveys or follow-up. We provide business contact data of people in their work role, for business use, and we handle it under Thailand's PDPA. You should use it for relevant outreach and respect opt-out requests.
