Decision-Maker Sourcing
Reach the person who signs. Not info@.
We find the owners, C-level and department heads who decide, with direct contacts and a reason to call now. Built by our analysts on Thailand's full company registry.
- Named people with direct email and phone, never info@
- Every email checked and every phone labelled
- A signal for each lead: why now, and what to say first
You approve the format and sample rows before we build the full list.
Sample. Fictional data.

Why teams switch
Most lead lists stop at info@.
A generic lead list
- info@ and general inboxes that nobody reads
- Old titles and people who left long ago
- No reason to call this company now
- Thai-only records your team cannot match
Decision-Maker Sourcing
- Named people who decide, with direct email and phone
- Each email checked, each phone labelled by type
- A signal with source and date, plus an opening line
- Thai and English names matched to the registry
What goes in your file
Pick the data you need.
Every order can use any mix of three modules. Most decision-maker lists use all three: the company, the person and the reason to call.

Sample rows
What a delivered row looks like.
The company, the person who decides, and why now. All in one row.
Sample. Fictional data.
Five sample rows for an ERP vendor brief. Fictional companies, masked contacts.
How it works
Four steps. You approve before we build.
- 01
Step 1: Brief
Tell us who, where, how many and what the data is for. A short form or call is enough.
- 02
Step 2: Scope and sample
We send the column plan and a few sample rows. You approve them before we build the full list.
- 03
Step 3: Research
Analysts build it from the registry, our data partners, desk research and phone checks.
- 04
Step 4: Deliver
You get Excel or CSV, ready for your CRM, with a one-page QA summary. Files are password protected.
Data standards
Our data rules.
Named people only
Every contact is a real person with a name and a title. No info@, no generic inboxes.
Verified means checked
An email is Verified only if it passed a mailbox check. Accept-all or guessed emails are never labelled Verified.
Every phone is labelled
Mobile, direct line or office number. You always know what you are dialling.
Every signal has a source and date
Each signal says where it came from and when, so your team can check it.
Blank beats a guess
If we cannot find it, we leave it blank. Anything estimated is marked Estimate.

Questions
Common questions
Is this allowed under PDPA?
We provide business contact data of people in their work role, for B2B use, and we handle it under Thailand's PDPA. Use the list for outreach that is relevant to their job, keep it secure, and respect any request to opt out.
What does Verified mean?
An email is labelled Verified only if it passed a mailbox check. Accept-all and guessed emails are never labelled Verified, they are labelled as what they are. Phones always show their type: mobile, direct line or office.
Can I see a sample before you build the full list?
Yes. After your brief we send the column plan and a few sample rows. You approve the format and the rows before we build the full list.
What file do I get, and can I import it into my CRM?
You get an Excel or CSV file, with columns set up for CRM import, plus a one-page QA summary. Files are password protected. Tell us your CRM in the brief and we will match its field names.
How does pricing work?
You get a fixed quote after a short brief. The price depends on how many companies and contacts you need, which modules, and how hard the roles are to find. You know the full price before any work starts.
Can you find people at companies outside Thailand?
Our registry data covers Thailand only. Outside Thailand we work from public filings and other sources where they exist, and anything we cannot source is marked as an estimate. We will tell you in the scope how much of your list this affects.
Can you refresh the list later?
Yes. People change jobs, so many teams refresh their list over time. We keep your column plan and can recheck contacts and signals later. A refresh is quoted the same way, after a short brief.
Do you do the outreach for us?
No. We deliver the data: the company, the person, the contact details and the reason to call. Your team, or your agency, runs the outreach.
